The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of four (4) fleet replacement vehicles for various departments.
Sealed bids should be addressed to the Project Coordinator, City of Tomball, 501 James Street, Tomball, Texas 77375 and shall be labeled “Project Number 2018-09 – Four (4) Fleet Replacement Vehicles”, “DO NOT OPEN”. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM CST on December 21, 2017, at which time all bids shall be opened and read aloud.
The City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any bids, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the product(s) required, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid.
During the period between the Request for Proposals or the Bid Solicitation, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.
