Since Tomball has so many festivals, it needs a fairgrounds and public restrooms. The Depot is nice, but it interferes with the traffic and businesses on Main Street. Building a public restroom would be cheaper than renting portable potties for every festival. They could be locked except for the festivals. I think the city should buy up the property directly behind the depot and turn that into paid public parking. Most downtown areas have paid public parking lots and spaces. This would provide a much needed parking area and it would help pay for the property. And it would take the festival traffic away from Main Street.

Please improve the flow of traffic at this intersection. On the west side, along Spring Cypress traffic backs up to North Eldridge at times. Every morning I see a police officer writing tickets to people for illegal turns or cutting across the parking lot. It seems to me rather than ticketing residents, something should be done to alleviate the problem. Some simple fixes would help such as allowing both right lanes to turn right onto the 249, or adding an extra lane closer to the intersection. The Louetta-249 intersection has these things and they seem to work.

I think the City of Tomball really needs a public skatepark! Right now, any and all skateboarders in the Tomball area have to travel to either Collins Park in Spring, Unity Park in Magnolia or somewhere much further like Conroe or Bear Branch. I live in Tomball and would much rather skate at a Tomball Park rather than any other cities. Furthermore, most of Tomballs' current Parks have plenty of room to build a skatepark. A nice sized skate park can be 15,000 square feet and there is that much space at virtually every Tomball Park. Let's do this!!!

We need more activities for seniors. Possibly a senior center that provides low cost meals and activities. Transportation assistance would also be great.
