NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS      

The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is accepting sealed proposals for Holiday Lighting. 

 Sealed proposals shall be addressed to Meagan Mageo - Project Manager, City of Tomball, 501 James Street, Tomball, Texas 77375 and shall be labeled “RFP Number 2023-11 – “Holiday Lighting”, “DO NOT OPEN”.  Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

 The City will host a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 a.m. CST, Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Depot Plaza located at 201 S. Elm Street. At this time respondents will have the opportunity to ask questions and walk the identified locations with staff.  

 Upon consideration of the qualifications submitted, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any submittal, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the service(s) required and covered by the specifications, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid. 

 During the period between the Request for Proposal, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests.  Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.
