Oh what a night! Spooktacular 2023 was certainly a thriller, and we want to thank all the little monsters, witches, superheroes, princesses, and every enchanting character in between who graced the City of Tomball's spookiest event of the year. From spine-tingling games to delectable treats, and from extraordinary vendors to the bewitching movie Hocus Pocus that capped off the night, a fun evening was had by many!
