Last Saturday, the Tomball Depot Plaza was filled with the sights and sounds of Depot Day Fall Fest, a celebration of fall and National Model Railroad Month. The event drew both residents and visitors to the plaza for a beautiful day filled with community spirit, entertainment, and family-friendly fun.
Attendees of all ages enjoyed a variety of activities including carnival games brought to us by the Houston Rocket's Street Team, immersive tours through the Tomball Depot Museum, and highly detailed model train displays thanks to the Houston Area "G" Guagers. Live performances starting at 12:30 by Gone Country and at 2:30 by Joe Bob's Bar and Grill Band kept everyone dancing and singing along throughout the event.
Local vendors offered a variety of great food and fun goodies that added to the festive atmosphere and gave attendees the perfect opportunity to shop and support small businesses.
The City of Tomball extends its gratitude to everyone who came out to make Depot Day Fall Fest a success. For those who couldn’t make it, check out photos from the event and share in the memories by visiting our recap album (link).
We can't wait for Tomball's next festival at the Tomball Depot Plaza, Deck the Depot, where we'll celebrate Christmastime and officially light our giant Christmas tree for the first time in 2025! Find more details for Deck the Depot here (link).
