Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 9AM until 10:30AM for three free fitness sessions designed for all ages and abilities! Our programming includes:
🪑 Sit N Fit – Gentle, seated exercises focusing on flexibility, strength, and balance—perfect for those with mobility challenges or anyone seeking a low-impact workout. First session at 9AM and third session at 10AM.
🚶 Walk N Place – A low-impact, walking-based class to get your heart pumping, improve circulation, and boost energy—all without leaving the room! Hosted during the second fitness session at 9:30AM.
🔥 FITNESS+ FRIDAYS with Bobby from Body’z By Bobby!
We’re thrilled to offer live, instructor-led classes every 1st & 3rd Friday of the month at 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:00 AM!
Bobby brings energy, expertise, and personalized support to help you meet your fitness goals—whether you're just getting started or already active.
