Sergeant Keith Ferguson embarked on his career with the Tomball Police Department in July of 2011. Over the years, he has undertaken diverse roles encompassing Patrol, School Resource Officer Division, Field Training, SWAT, Training, and Support Services. He played a pivotal role in shaping the department’s current physical fitness program.
Sgt. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Prairie View A&M University. He possesses certifications as a Master Peace Officer, Advance TCOLE Instructor, Less than Lethal Weapons Instructor, and Defense Tactics Instructor for the Tomball Police Department.
Elevated to the rank of Sergeant in March 2017, he has consistently demonstrated leadership as a first-line supervisor across various divisions and currently oversees the Training and Recruiting Division. Sgt. Ferguson is deeply passionate about fostering the personal growth and development of officers and leaders within the organization. His unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and dedication to the community of Tomball is evident in his work to foster programs promoting community involvement and relations.
