The Tomball Legacy Fund, Inc. is a separate 501(c)3 organization, created by the City of Tomball in 2014 to allow the City to receive private and corporate grant funds to supplement the City's ability to fund various programs, projects, and community events.
Board of Directors
The Tomball Legacy Fund Board of Directors is comprised of seven (7) members. The Mayor and City Council fill six (6) of the positions, holding the position concurrent with their elected terms. The remaining position is filled by an individual appointed by the City Council.
