Tomball Emergency Management
The Tomball Office of Emergency Management is responsible for planning for the city’s response to and recovery from large-scale natural and man-made disasters. During times when the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is activated, members from other city of Tomball departments staff the various required positions.
