Private ambulance services are required to be permitted through the City of Tomball to provide transfers within the city limits. Companies may begin this process by filling out an application and returning it to the Tomball Fire Marshal for review. Payment must accompany the application.
Application for NETA Service in the City of Tomball
- Return completed applications to Tomball Fire Rescue 1200 Rudel Dr. Tomball TX 77375 via mail or in person Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Incomplete applications will be returned.
- Once the application is approved, payment will be processed, and applicants will be notified to schedule NETA unit(s) inspections. A member of the administrative staff will reach out to confirm the inspection request.
