2023 Comprehensive Plan Update
The City of Tomball is in the process of updating the Comprehensive Plan. The plan will help the City maintain its character, enhance the quality of life for its residents and support economic development. The current comprehensive plan was adopted in 2019. Through this process, the City will be updating the Comprehensive Plan to ensure that the recommendations reflect changes in the community over time.
This plan will help guide decisions related to:.
- Land Use
