The City of Tomball Municipal Court Division operates Monday through Thursday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays, from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm. The court division has two experienced court bailiffs that provide security, answer court related questions, and perform the day-to-day duties required by the City and State municipal courts. 

The court bailiffs are also warrant officers and perform the duties of serving subpoenas, issuing, and executing municipal arrest warrants for violators.
