The Warrant/Bailiff Officer is assigned to the City's Municipal Court Division and is supervised by the Captain of the Criminal Investigations Division. The Warrant/Bailiff Officer's duties include:
- Serves subpoenas for the Court
- Provides security during the Court's hours of operation
- Assists in the issuance of warrants
- Assists other agencies in locating wanted persons
- Assists other divisions as needed
- Arrests individuals with outstanding warrants
- Handles the Court's arraignments
