Courts 

The Warrant/Bailiff Officer is assigned to the City's Municipal Court Division and is supervised by the Captain of the Criminal Investigations Division. The Warrant/Bailiff Officer's duties include:

  • Serves subpoenas for the Court
  • Provides security during the Court's hours of operation
  • Assists in the issuance of warrants
  • Assists other agencies in locating wanted persons
  • Assists other divisions as needed
  • Arrests individuals with outstanding warrants
  • Handles the Court's arraignments
