The City of Tomball Record’s Division is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, closed for lunch, then re-opens 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
The records specialist is responsible for collecting, filing, maintaining, and controlling departmental records through automated electronic and hard file record-keeping systems. The records specialist is also responsible for disseminating Incident Reports, Accident Reports, and Public Information Requests. Additionally, the Records Units processes FOIA requests, responds to subpoenas, and supports internal investigations.
